Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and JMR396 Management, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Grow Organic Leads (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Grow Organic Leads researches your audience, plans short-form videos, produces them with artificial intelligence (AI), and can post them to social media accounts you connect. It also includes a member community, courses and live sessions.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One subscription covers the number of businesses included in your plan.

3. Plans, billing and credits

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of videos, audience reports and video calendars. Allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over.
• Boost packs and extra video credits are prepaid. Approving a video uses one credit.
• Remakes. Each plan includes free video remakes every billing month: Starter 2, Pro 3, Agency 10 (DIY 0). A free remake can be used once per video, within 14 days of the video being marked Ready. Free remakes reset at each renewal and do not roll over. After that, you can remake a video for $4.00 per remake, charged when you confirm it. Videos that fail to produce are always remade at no charge and don't use a free remake. Paid remakes are non-refundable once the remake has started.
• During the first 7 days of a new subscription, up to 3 videos may be approved; the full monthly allowance is available after that.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing month.
• You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next monthly billing period. We don't split a month or charge or credit partial amounts. Until then you keep everything in your current plan.
• Founding member pricing. The founding member price for the Starter plan ($69/month, standard price $79/month) is available to the first 100 Starter members, or until we end the founding offer, whichever comes first. If you joined at a founding member price, that price is locked for the plan you joined on for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption, and the price changes described above do not apply to it. If you cancel and your plan ends, or your subscription ends for non-payment, the founding member price is permanently forfeited. If you return later, you will pay the standard price in effect at that time. If you switch to a different plan, that plan's standard price applies. The app reminds you of this before you confirm a cancellation.

4. Your approval and responsibility for content

Nothing is produced or posted without your approval. Before approving, you are responsible for reviewing each script, caption and claim, including anything marked "Please confirm", and for making sure it is accurate and lawful for your business (for example, prices, credentials, results, health or financial claims). Your approval is recorded with the date and time.

5. AI-generated content

Videos, voices and scenes are created with AI. They may not show your actual premises, staff or customers, and AI output can occasionally contain mistakes. You agree to review videos before they are posted and to use them in a way that does not mislead your audience.

6. Ownership and licence

You own the business content you give us and the finished videos made for you. Videos you post or download while your plan is active may be used anywhere, including after you cancel. Access to the app, including your video library, reports and calendars, is available only while you have an active plan and ends when your plan ends; we delete account content 30 days later. You give us permission to use your content only to provide the Service. Audience research reports are provided for your own business use.

7. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, as each becomes available in the app), you authorise us to publish the videos you schedule to it. You must have the right to manage those accounts and you remain responsible for complying with each platform's rules. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for platform outages, reach, or actions a platform takes on your account.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business promotion. You may not create, upload, request, schedule or share, whether through scripts, uploaded clips, photos, captions or community posts, any content that:

• is pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, or promotes adult sexual services;
• involves or depicts minors in any sexual, exploitative or harmful way. We have zero tolerance: such content is removed, the account is closed immediately, and it is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement;
• is illegal, or promotes illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, gambling where prohibited, or counterfeit goods;
• contains graphic violence, threats, harassment, bullying, or hate based on protected characteristics;
• is false or misleading, including fake reviews or testimonials, unsupported health, medical, financial or income claims, or scams;
• impersonates a real person or business, or uses a real person's name, face, likeness or voice without their permission;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or shares another person's private information;
• is spam, or tries to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

Community members must treat each other respectfully. We may review, refuse to produce, remove or unpublish any content, and suspend or close any account, that we believe breaks these rules, with no refund for the current billing period. Where required by law, we will report illegal content to the authorities.

9. No guaranteed results

We work to help you reach more customers organically, but we do not guarantee views, followers, leads or sales. Search volumes and research come from third-party data and are estimates.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the app (My Tools → Plan & Billing). Cancellations are only accepted in the app. Refunds are handled automatically under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. Cancelling ends any founding member price (see section 3).

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or have unpaid balances or open chargebacks.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
